LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE
This program is about raising up the next generation of leaders (leaders of leaders) and will enlarge our leadership base across the church. In 2007 each of our 17 applicants have a personal coach and a ministry supervisor and are committed to giving an extra 5 hours of their time to their area of ministry for a 12 month period. Look out for applications for 2008.
GROWING KIDS GOD'S WAY
As a church we believe in equipping people for life and Growing Kids God's way is a practical, biblical look at raising children. After running this course twice in our church the benefits have become obvious. For more information please contact the office.
INTERNSHIP
We are able to offer a 12 month Certifcate IV in Christian Ministry from one of three Registered Training Organisations. (Strike Force, Harvest and Paradise College of Ministries). You can choose one of several areas of speciality including children, youth, counselling, pastoral care, administration and production. As a church we are able to offer an environment which allows hands on practical exprience while you are working through the supplied study modules with acess to a competent supervisor. Costs vary depending on which course and R.T.O. you choose to go with. Contact us if you would like a prospectus from one of the organisations.
THE MARRIAGE COURSE
We will launch this program in the second half of 2007. This course is a series of 8 sessions designed to help any married couple strengthen their relationship.
