Local and Global Missions |

When Jesus said to "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation" He literally meant all the world. Here at The Way that's what the word mission means for us. We want to impact our own city as well as other Nations. We want our church to be a contributing partner in making our World a better place to live.
We need to continually stretch our thinking and our faith to believe for a greater impact of the gospel in all areas, for more opportunities to be involved and for a greater level of financial support.
This year we will continue to enlarge our work locally through:
- ongoing work in the schools through chaplaincy work, mentoring and programs for those 'at risk'
- our play group, craft classes, kids and youth programs
- a church wide community assignment
- providing assistance to those in need when we are able to
On the Global front we will continue to establish our impact in India and the Philippines. Our focus in each of these nations is to be involved in mercy ministry to the poor, training future leaders and planting churches.
India
- Support the welfare work of the 'Sew and Sow Ministry'
- Support the training and sending of Church Planters
Philippines
- Support the 'Dumpsite Ministry' to children living in poverty
- Training and Equipping of Church Leaders
- Supporting the Church Planters School
